Perched right above Limnonari Beach in Skopelos, Elies Houses feature a 60-m2 infinity pool and a stone-paved terrace with panoramic sea views. Two 2-bedroom villas are set amidst blossomed gardens and equipped with modern appliances.

Each House can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child- in a foldable bed or baby cot. Each house features two double bedrooms- both with ensuite bathroooms-, an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, and a living room leading to a private balcony overlooking the infinity pool and with unobstructed sea and countryside views.

Minimum 3-night stay applies: prices are in Euro and per night, for the complete villa.
Our rates are all-inclusive, we offer daily cleaning service and fresh linen and towels every 3 days.
Detailed Description
Villa Layout
Each villa has identical -'mirrored' to each other layout.
The main entrance door opens to the (open plan) kitchen and living room - which leads to a private balcony overlooking the infinity pool and offering overwhelming sea and countryside views.
At the same (ground floor) level there is a double bedroom with its own (en-suite) bathroom (with shower).
From the living room, a wooden staircase takes you to the second double bedroom - which is at the attic; this also features en-suite bathroom (with shower).
The villa has beamed ceilings and has been designed for optimum airflow; a ceiling fan and air-conditioning is also available.
Kitchen
Fully Equipped kitchen with all utensils and kitchenware you would require to cook your food. A table sitting 4 is also at your disposal...
You are also welcome to come to our vegetable garden (50m from the villas) to choose your own fresh vegetable: tomatoes, cucumber, red and green peppers are on offer!
All necessary cleaning products are provided - so that you don't have to buy a thing!
Oven , Electric kettle , Dishwasher , spacious fridge/freezer , Nespresso coffee machine, are all meticulously cleaned and available for your use.
Living Room
Double sofa (not sofa-bed), with 2 armchairs and a fireplace. TV with satellite channels also available
Balcony door opens to private balcony - where you will find a wooden table with 4 chairs - an ideal place for your lunch / dinner.
Ground Floor Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Elies 1 has a double bed - while Elies 2 has 2 single beds next to each other. Wardrobe with ample space is available. Pool & sea view from the window.

Attic Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Open-plan double bedroom at the attic -at both villas with two single beds next to each other.
A third -foldable - bed can be accomodated in the bedroom for a fifth person (child), if requested.

Services
Linen and towels for every guest are provided.
Daily cleaning service is offered, and change of linen and towels every three days.
Separate towels for the pool are also provided.
WIFI is available throughout the properties.
Guests are welcome to visit our vegetable garden (on-site) to collect fresh tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, fresh rosemary.
Guests are also welcome to wash their clothes at a washing machine - available onsite / on request.
